Order Form

Payment can now be accepted via PayPal. This gives you the option of either paying via a PayPal account or by using your credit or debit card. Using PayPal is free and easy and we never see your financial information. Payment is received immediately by us ensuring quicker dispatch of your purchase.

You can also order from us by post. Once you have selected what you want to order from us, please click the link below to download the order form in PDF format. This can then be printed so that you can fill it in and send it to, along with your payment, to the address on the form.

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via PayPal or by cheque or postal order. These should be made payable to Abbey Organics. All prices include VAT where applicable.

CARRIAGE
Normal carriage charge is £5 per order. Orders over £25.00 in value will be sent post free.

SUBSTITUTIONS
In the event of an item being unavailable we will substitute the nearest equivalent item where possible. Refunds will be issued to make up the value if required. Please state clearly if this is not acceptable in the special instruction box on the order form.

DELIVERY TIME
The Summer bedding plug plants will be delivered in mid to late May. The Winter and Spring plants will be delivered at the beginning of September. All deliveries are to UK addresses only.

We may send part orders or hold orders back until complete depending on circumstances. If you have any concerns about your order please phone or use the feedback form.

CONDITIONS
Abbey Organics will ensure that all personal information supplied on the order form will be used solely by us and will not be passed to any third party. This information that you supply will be used by us to process your order and may be used for marketing purposes unless you have indicated on the order form that you do not wish your information to be used for this purpose.

Abbey Organics will not be liable for any delay, consequential loss or injury arising as a result of the delivery or use of items ordered from this catalogue. Ordering implies acceptance of these terms.
